| 4.Q:How do you pack to make sure that they are safe and intact when they are in my hands? |
| A:We do great effort to make sure that the goods are intact when they are in your and your customers' |
| hand.As for the fragile glass mosaic and crystal glass mosaic,we stablise them with a strong mesh on the |
| back sides;a soft foam to separate thus lessen the friction between one and another,packing them with |
| carton and crates or pallets if necessary....Any way,we are going to take the best solutions to make them |
| secure. |
| 5.Q:Why different colors makes prices different ? |
| A:The different may cause the difference in prices just not because we charge our customers unreasonably |
| but bacause the difference in raw materials.I.E.:in the ordinary glass mosaic series,the red one,lemon one, |
| black one cost highest ,just because the color ingredients in the products.The blues and pinks also cost |
| relatively high also because raw materials they use.Take it easy,We NEVER overcharge our customers! |
| 6.Q:Glass mosaic differes in your site? |
| A:Yes,you are right.Briefly,they are divided into two kinds :ordinary glass mosaic and crystal glass msoaic. |

| 7.Q:How should I pay you if I decide to palce an order? |
| A: Normally,we welcome payment of 50% T/T before production and the rest before shipment or |
| tansfering the B/L.When the quantity is small,it is the most convenient way and saves extra banking cost. |
| L/C is acceptabel for big order. D/P is OK when we are getting more familiarwith each other. |
