Type I: Material/Color Match Sensative
For some products, if you have very high requirements on the materials and color matching, we would go through the following steps:
1. You send the clear artwork , in *.ai format preferably, with all the color references in Pantone System etc.
2. If we find any problem ,we will contact you for confirmation and modification of the artwork is necesary.
3. With the right artwork, we make the first sample;it costs US$80 for each piece and takes 3 days mormally.
4. We send you the sample for confirmation by freight collect (you can also wire the freight together with the sample charge);it takes another 3-4 days mormally.
5. After the samples get confirmed, you wire 30% deposit to us and we finish the production in 5-15 days normally, depending on the quantity of the order.
6.You wire us the balance and the goods would get on board in 4-7 days and you would receive them on the arrival day sheduled . |

Type II: Material/Color Match Insensative
For the other products, you might not need the color or the materials to be 100% same to save time, then we would go in the following way:
1. You send the clear artwork , in *.ai format preferably, with all the color references in Pantone System etc.
2. If we find any problem ,we will contact you for confirmation and modification of the artwork is necesary.
3. With the right artwork, we make the first sample;it costs US$80 for each piece and takes 3 days mormally.
4. We send you the high resolution sample image or high defination video through email or online and confirmation, which is supposed to be done in 1 working day basically.
5. After the samples get confirmed, you wire 30% deposit to us and we finish the production in 5-15 days normally,depending on the quantity of the order.
6.You wire us the balance and the goods would get on board in 4-7 days and you would receive them on the arrival day sheduled . |
However, anyway,the following factors are important when a quick estimate is needed:
--- Quantity you need (can be a few different quantities)
--- Type of paper (uncoated, coated)
--- Weight of paper (GSM)
--- Size of the product (specified in mm or inch)
--- The finish you’d like on the paper (gloss, matt, spot celloglaze)
--- How many colours are being printed (2 colours, 4 colour process)
--- What types of colors are being printed (PMS or CMYK)
--- Date and time the completed product is needed
Finally, you are not clear about all the details above, it is highly preferable that you send us the original sample.
